- Syllabus : Basic and intermediate pranayama practices to calm your mind, reduce anxiety, build lung capacity and cool your body. Learn meditation as per Ashtaga yoga and simple techniques to start or advance your meditation journey.
- Learn and practice 6 pranayamas and 3 methods of meditation
- Daily Practices: Chanting, silent & guided meditations, yoga asana, pranayama and devotional bhajans.
- Explore Prayagraj: Dedicated time for Temple visits, akhada darshan, sadhu satsang, and Ganga snaan.
