Day 13 – A reset day at Yogadham

Day 13 – 25 January 2025

25 January was one of those in-between days at Yogadham—a moment to pause, reflect, and prepare for the journey ahead. After a peaceful morning asana practice, participants gradually dispersed, mingling with the flow of pilgrims on their way home or onward to their next destinations.

Participants shared their heartfelt gratitude before leaving:

  •  “… Yes, it was a fantastic experience at this retreat with TSF. Everything was so well-planned and executed that we could truly absorb the teachings. I want to thank all the volunteers for their constant support.  I thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions …”
  • “Thank you, TSF. We had a wonderful time at the Kumbh Mela…The food, shelter, sightseeing, daily yoga, and meditation were all so well-organized…”

Here at Yogadham, we leaned into the spirit of renewal—a day of cleaning, resting, and resetting as we readied ourselves to welcome Sri M and the next group of participants for the Triveni Shibir from 27 – 31 January.

The Ganga Ghat and our neighborhood thrummed with life ahead of Mouni Amavasya. Pilgrims, sadhus, and seekers streamed in, their presence filling the air with devotion and anticipation. To meet the growing influx, we expanded our annadaanam and chai seva, offering more lunches and chai to those in need of nourishment and rest.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the banks of the Ganga, we gathered around the sacred flames of the Akhand Dhuni. In that quiet yet powerful moment, we felt the strength of community, knowing that we would soon reunite to channel our collective energy toward a greater purpose.

A day of endings and beginnings, grounding and preparation, all held within the timeless embrace of the Ganga.
